As we approach the final stretch of another fantastic school year at Aspen View Academy, you can feel the excitement building. The calendar is full of beloved traditions—Field Day, House Cup competitions, 8th Grade Continuation, and many more celebrations that bring the AVA community together in fun reflection and recognition.
It truly has been an incredible year—one filled with growth, learning, laughter, and meaningful connections. Through it all, our guiding principle has remained clear: do what is best for students. That commitment has shaped every decision and every moment in our classrooms and hallways.
Now, as the days grow longer and the temperatures rise, a familiar restlessness begins to stir. Students and staff alike can sense that the finish line is near. This is exactly when we need to lean into one of our favorite mottos: Finish Strong.
If you've been following the Rockies, Avalanche, or Nuggets, you’ve seen firsthand how important it is to give your best effort all the way to the final buzzer. The teams that relax too soon often fall short. Success comes to those who hustle through the very last play—and the same is true in school.
So here's our challenge to every AVA student:
✅ Turn in every assignment
✅ Study hard for that last quiz or test
✅Stay engaged in class—ask questions, participate, and lead with kindness
✅ Represent our school with pride and integrity every single day
Let's make these last few weeks count—not just for the grades, but for the sense of accomplishment that comes from finishing something with your whole heart.
As a school community, let’s commit to giving our best effort while celebrating the moments that make this time of year so special. The finish line is in sight, but the race isn't over yet. Let’s cross it together—with focus, spirit, and pride.
