Huge congratulations to both our Battle of the Books teams (3/4 grade and 5/6 grade). Last night they WON their battles to be named the Castle Rock Champions and got to bring home trophies for the school! The teams dominated their battles in this exciting, book-themed trivia competition.
Next stop: the districtwide championship! Wednesday, they will face off against the top teams from Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Parker to compete for the Douglas County District Champions title.
Way to go, teams—let’s cheer them on for the final battle! And a huge thank you to Mrs. Lipnick and Mrs. Hainer for their time and dedication preparing the teams for battle!
