Susan Fosco

Meet Mrs. Fosco

Mrs. Fosco is a Learning Specialist within the Special Education department and currently works with students in kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade,3rd grade and 4th grade.  This is Mrs. Fosco's ninth year working as a Learning Specialist at Aspen View Academy.   She values the opportunities that are available to students through the charter school system and is drawn to Aspen View Academy's philosophy of "Capturing Kids Hearts".  Mrs. Fosco moved to Colorado in June 2014.  She lived in Colorado as a child, then moved to the Chicago area. She is thrilled to be back in Colorado with her family.  Mrs. Fosco received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from  Elmhurst College and earned her Learning Specialist endorsement from Lewis University.  In 2019, Mrs. Fosco earned a Master of Arts degree in Special Education from University of Northern Colorado.  When not working with students, Mrs. Fosco can be found spending time with her husband and four children.  She enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking.  Mrs. Fosco is most looking forward to really making a connection with students and seeing students succeed in the coming school year.
