8th Grade Calendar
Welcome to My Classroom!
I am thrilled to begin my third year at this school, bringing with me 28 years of teaching experience. For 25 of those years, I have specialized in teaching the Core Knowledge science curriculum, both 7th and 8th grade, and I am excited to share this rich educational framework with this upcoming group of 8th graders.
On a personal note, I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Dave, and we have a fantastic son named Jack, who resides in sunny San Diego. Our family is also blessed with three crazy dogs who keep our home lively and fun, and full of hair!
Outside of the classroom, I have a passion for golf, gardening, and fishing. I also love to travel and cherish the moments spent with family and friends.
Please know that I am very approachable and willing to spend extra time to make sure my students understand the material I present. Never hesitate to reach out for extra help!
